Me and my wife have been the owners of an apartment in Pizzo since 2010. Throughout the process from the purchase to the acquisition of all furnishings etc. Richard and his team have helped with everything.  They have helped us in the contacts with craftsmen and appointed good shopping places.  They handle everything from cleaning to paying bills and calculating the IMU.  All contacts with Notarie and such do them too.

Even when the accident occurred and we got an acute water leak, which affected several apartments, Richard and his team helped us with all contacts with insurance companies and craftsmen to restore the apartments.

Siamo una giovane coppia di Firenze originari del Sud Italia. Amiamo il mare cristallino della Calabria e circa una/due volte l’anno organizziamo una vacanza alla scoperta dei piccoli e caratteristici borghi. Individuata la casa ci ha poi supportati in tutte le successive fasi della compravendita con consulenza legale, fiscale e traduzioni (abbiamo infatti acquistato da venditore straniero).E’ stata un operazione che non avremmo mai potuto fare da soli.

Dopo l’acquisto Ludmila ci ha permesso di conoscere il team di Apple Consulting, società di servizi post vendita alla quale ci siamo affidati per alcuni lavori all’interno della proprietà. Seguendo i consigli dei consulenti abbiamo arredato uno splendido solarium e reso l’appartamento più attuale.

Windrush Alliance e Apple Consulting sono realtà all’avanguardia per il Sud Italia, non pensavamo di trovare una rete di professionisti cosi ben organizzata. Il Manager Director Richard è una persona affidabile e lungimirante.
