Ever since we bought our apartment at the end of 2010, we have had very good help from Apple Consulting. They help us pay our bills and we can always count on help if there is something extra.
Last fall, our apartment was hit by a water damage. Apple has been of great help both to ensure that the damage has been rectified and they also have helped us in the contact with the insurance company."

I was delighted with the professional services hired from Paola Piccione of Apple Consulting SAS during a flat purchase in Calabria this summer. Her detailed conversion of the property documents and instant spoken translation between Italian and English during the contract exchange was first rate as well as reassuring ' James Goodwin, university lecturer.

Siamo una giovane coppia di Firenze originari del Sud Italia. Amiamo il mare cristallino della Calabria e circa una/due volte l'anno organizziamo una vacanza alla scoperta dei piccoli e caratteristici borghi. Pizzo è il nostro luogo ideale e cosi alla fine del 2018 abbiamo deciso di acquistare una casa per le vacanze.
Dopo una breve ricerca online ci siamo rivolti ad un agenzia che opera sul posto, la " Windrush Alliance"
Conoscere Ludmila Tanasiev, sales manager, ha reso tutto più semplice.
E' bastato elencarle le nostre esigenze e,rispettando il budget, ha organizzato un tour di immobili perfettamente rispondenti alle richieste. Il portfolio di Windrush Alliance è infatti ampio e vario.
Ludmila svolge il suo lavoro con puntualità, professionalità e competenza, conosce molto bene il mercato e riesce ad accompagnarti alla scelta in breve tempo. Individuata la casa ci ha poi supportati in tutte le successive fasi della compravendita con consulenza legale, fiscale e traduzioni (abbiamo infatti acquistato da venditore straniero).E' stata un operazione che non avremmo mai potuto fare da soli.
Dopo l'acquisto Ludmila ci ha permesso di conoscere il team di Apple Consulting, società di servizi post vendita alla
quale ci siamo affidati per alcuni lavori all'interno della proprietà. Seguendo i consigli dei consulenti abbiamo arredato
uno splendido solarium e reso l'appartamento più attuale.
Windrush Alliance e Apple Consulting sono realtà all'avanguardia per il Sud Italia, non pensavamo di trovare una rete di professionisti cosi ben organizzata. Il Manager Director Richard è una persona affidabile e lungimirante.

We wanted to have our very special day in Italy. Our friends had a property in Pizzo and told us it was a beautiful place. Seeing pictures of the area we were imagining exchanging our vows in such a wonderful location and celebrating afterwards enjoying an authentic Italian meal (several courses of delicious food!) and toasting with several bottles of Prosecco and red wine.
Italian bureaucracy is not as easy to understand as we had imagined, but Apple Consulting was by our side every step of the way and ultimately we were able to celebrate a day that will remain forever in our memories.
Paola many thanks for going the 'extra mile' (that’s a British expression!) in everything you did for us, we will forever be indebted to you.
