Хотим поделиться своим опытом приобретения недвижимости в Италии, регион Калабрия. В конце мая 2018 года мы всей семьёй поехали на отдых в Италию к своим друзьям из России. Они уже как 6 лет назад приобрели там недвижимость и вдохновенно рассказывали нам про то, как они там отдыхают и как им там всё нравится.
Проведя несколько дней в гостях у друзей мы получили массу впечатлений и положительных эмоций. Решили ознакомиться с этим регионом глубже. Через друзей, друзей нас познакомили с Людмилой Тaнaсьев, которая и по сей день работает в компании Apple Consulting SAS. Не знаем какой исход был бы если бы не эта встреча…
Людмила посвятила нам несколько дней, показывая нам и сам регион со всеми его красотами, ну конечно же объекты недвижимости. С одной стороны дело это конечно и интересное, но и утомительное с другой. В конце дня все были уставшие и от массы всевозможных впечатлений и от количества просмотров. Но как говорится «У каждой вещи есть свой покупатель». И когда мы увидели комплекс «Zambrone Village", то сразу поняли, что это наш вариант. Да, этот комплекс ещё молодой и апартаменты не до конца распроданы, но мы увидели в нём большой потенциал. Большое спасибо Людмиле, которая помогла нам на всех стадиях переговоров, минимизировала наши расходы, а также от компании Apple Consulting SAS обеспечивала юридическое сопровождение сделки. По факту находилась и находится на связи 24/7. По нашему поручению компания Apple Consulting SAS заключила договора на оказание ком. услуг (вода, электричество, интернет). Под контролем компании AC SAS, застройщик устранил недоделки и выполнил косметический ремонт. Компания AC SAS, в лице Людмилы, оказала неоценимую помощь в выборе и покупке мебели и элементов интерьера. Обеспечили доставку и сборку в наше отсутствие. Также компания взяла на себя ведение бухгалтерской документации (оплата ком. счетов, налоги и т.д.) При нашем желании Компания готова продвигать наши апартаменты на всевозможных ресурсах с целью сдачи в аренду. Компания Apple Consulting SAS профессионально и качественно оказывает полный спектр услуг, освобождая своих клиентов от всех забот. В конце октября 2018 года приехав в Италию мы остановились уже в своей квартире.

In Apple Consulting we have found a reliable partner in helping us taking care of our property in Calabria.
Whether it's communicating with officials or helping our guests on site they are always up for it.
For example we had guest whose toddler got sick during their stay. Even though it was in the middle of night, Andrea at Apple immediately came to assistance and set up a meeting with medical help on site. I have bought and sold a lot of properties in my time in England but I can honestly say buying in Southern Italy has to be the easiest transaction of them all.It's so simple, once you decide what property you want and the price you can afford everyone immediately goes into action.
I was taken to the office and everything was explained to me in great detail.
I met with the structural engineer the builder and Lady Apple Consulting the very next day.
Once we all met at the property everyone goes into action. Including myself measuring up for my new curtains.
The surveyors report was back to me the very next day. All translated.
I literally bought a shell of a property. It needed a new kitchen and shower room.
Lady took me to the showroom. As my interpreter she's amazing. So patient and actually listens to what you say. Lady advice on what customers want and expect when renting out to holiday makers was very much appreciated. We went to other shops , nothing seems to be any trouble.
Within a week I had put down my deposit and completely re designed the property.
When I returned home I just waited for emails from Richard and the Lawyer.
I didn't even have to go back to sign the deeds.
I just got Power of Attorney from England.
For £80.00 it was worth every penny.
I'm so looking forward to going back to my property.
So much work needed to be done, painting doors, walls, removal of the old tiles. Re plastering etc.
Everything is done in your absence. Photographs keep you updated of the progress.
The Italians have a reputation of being perfectionist. I can fully understand why.
My experience has been completely stress free.
I'm looking forward now to renting out the property knowing I'm working with such a professional team.

Having the experience of buying property, this process did not foretell us anything pleasant. Especially in another country. But everything went easy and unexpectedly pleasantly. It was like a little adventure in the Southern Italy) For this I want to thank the Apple consulting company, Richard E Hazel and especially Lyudmila Tanasiev for assistance in finding and purchasing apartments in Calabria. Initially, we didn't even consider this region of Italy for ourselves. But thanks to the circumstances and on the advice of our friends, we turned to this company. The reality exceeded all our expectations. After the first telephone conversation, Lyudmila began to select options for us. Initially, all our preferences were taken into account. Attention to detail, a clear focus on the mortgaged budget, an explanation of the legal nuances ... etc. - everything was competent and professional from the first day of our work. Therefore, before our arrival in Calabria, we all clearly represented and practically made a choice. And it happened. Further support of the transaction for the purchase and arrangement of apartments was also carried out with the help of Richard E Hazel and Lyudmila Tanasiev and didn't cause any difficulties. Everything was clear, fast and neat. Thank you from the family who, thanks to you, fulfilled their dream.

I can highly recommend Apple Consulting. They offer a very professional service and are extremely reliable and efficient. They have made owning and renting a property in Pizzo very feasible. All the staff that I have dealt with are very professional with great attention to detail and it is a pleasure to work with them.
